Join the Petra Leadership Network

Since 1988, the Petra Foundation’s mission and activities have been accomplished by the great generosity of hundreds of volunteers.

You can be involved in a number of ways:

  • Contribute money to help the foundation continue to champion new leaders and support its growing leadership network. The foundation is a publicly supported 501(c)(3) charity, Federal I.D. 04-6603552.

    Donate online through DonateNow, a secure, online fundraising service offered by Groundspring.org, a member of the Tides Foundation family of organizations working for positive social change.

  • Nominate a leader whose work you admire and help the foundation identify unsung individuals who are making distinctive contributions to the rights, autonomy and dignity of others.
  • Add your name to the Petra mailing list and join the network of those who are willing to use their time, their personal and professional resources and contacts on behalf of the Petra Fellows. You’ll receive news alerts and be invited to attend the annual Petra Network Weekends.
  • Tell a friend about this site. Spread the word about the Petra Foundation and the Petra Fellows and inspire others to make a difference in their own communities.
